Where and how should we send our boots?
For conversion, custom and personalization services, you will receive all the instructions for sending us your shoes in the order confirmation email.
Note: If you do not receive the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Please remember to put a note with your name and order reference # in the shipping box of your shoes so that we can identify them.
Also, if you have a specific request, be sure to write it in the section reserved for this purpose just before adding your item to the cart.
Note: Your shoes must be clean so we can work on them.
What are the deadlines?
When we receive your package, your custom conversions will be ready within 4 to 5 business days.
An additional 2-3 day delay may be required for flags and emojis in customizations.
An express service is also available at an additional cost.
For orders of items and accessories only, we ship as soon as possible.
Worldwide delivery?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the products you have selected when you choose your shipping option in your shopping cart.
You will always know the shipping costs before paying for your order.
Customs fees may apply depending on your location. These fees are separate from our shipping rates.
When will I receive my order?
We offer various delivery methods and carriers, including express delivery (Chronopost) within 1 to 2 business days, as well as standard home or pickup point delivery (Colissimo, Mondial Relay) within 3 to 5 business days. For international delivery is around 7-10 business days. For items and accessories only, your order is processed as quickly as possible. For services and custom orders, your order is shipped once we have processed your shoes.
For deliveries within Europe and internationally, delivery times are generally between 2 and 10 business days, depending on the desired delivery method.
Can you convert all the pairs?
Yes, we can convert all pairs of FG and AG cleats to SG pro player cleats. We offer different spikes/cleats sizes: 11mm, 13mm, 15mm, and mixed.
Your own spikes/cleats can be fitted to your shoes on special request and provided that your spikes/cleats are universal, which means compatible with all brands (Nike, Puma, Mizuno, New Balance, Skechers).
Note: Adidas compatible spikes/cleats cannot be fitted because the screw thread is different.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, provided the items have not already been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Thread repair
We offer a screw repair service for all brands (Nike, Puma, Mizuno, New Balance, Skechers).
However, we do not currently repair Adidas screws or shoes with screws compatible with Adidas cleats.
Payment methods
Pay securely on our site with your debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Paypal and other methods via our secure system.
